To change or cancel a Marrakech rental, contact the person specified in your confirmation and ask how the agreed conditions apply. Provide the reference, relevant dates and requested change. What should I read before confirming a booking?
Ask for cancellation conditions, any deadlines, charges and the treatment of amounts already paid. Check the request procedure and intended recipient as well. Keep the proposal and confirmation so you can establish which conditions were agreed when you accepted rather than relying on a later recollection.
How should I request different dates?
State the original and proposed new periods clearly, including collection and return times. Reconfirm availability, the vehicle, total price and arrival arrangements. A date change may require a new proposal. Do not assume the original price remains valid or that merely sending a message establishes acceptance of the new dates. Keep the explicit reply with your booking information.
What should I do about an early return?
Notify the partner before returning the vehicle and request a meeting and calculation under the agreement. Bringing the car back earlier does not by itself promise a refund for unused time. Keep your request and the response, then check the amounts and supporting documents when the rental is closed. Clarify any outstanding deposit follow-up separately from rental-price adjustments.
