Request a rental car at your Marrakech hotel or near your riad

ALLODRIVE connects your request with local rental partners to arrange car handover in Marrakech. Provide the hotel or riad name, address and location pin. Actual vehicle access determines the meeting point: a pedestrian lane may require an accessible place nearby. Availability, pickup and return locations and any charges are agreed before confirmation.

Which address should I send?

Provide the full name, address, location pin and entrance to use. Enquiries may concern accommodation in Marrakech, including Gueliz, Hivernage or the medina as described in our guides. This does not guarantee delivery to every doorstep. Reception can suggest access; the rental partner must accept the meeting point.

How do I handle restricted riad access?

Ask for a point reachable by car, then confirm its location and how you will meet the partner. Explain your luggage needs and who will attend the handover. Do not assume a porter, parking or access to a pedestrian lane is included. We publish no universal riad meeting point.

Can pickup and return be at different locations?

You can request this, such as hotel handover and airport return. Agree both times, contacts and separate costs. Do not leave the keys at reception without an expressly accepted return procedure.

Which charges and changes need confirmation?

The proposal should distinguish any handover and return charges. Mention a late time or particular access needs at enquiry stage. If your accommodation or time changes, send the new location and obtain agreement on the revised meeting.
